In our production facilities in Feldkirchen-Westerham and Bruckmühl, we proudly produce technical specialty papers and synthetic materials for the processing industry in 4-shift operation.
The success of a company depends to a large extent on how managers deal with their employees. Management development is therefore one of our strategic goals.
In our company, we have introduced a process for the systematic development of leadership behavior. The group of participants comprises around 100 managers - from shift supervisors to managing directors. The formulated and regularly reviewed management culture sets the framework for a common understanding of leadership.
We currently employ 694 people at our two plants in Bruckmühl and Feldkirchen-Westerham.
